ON THE MOVE!

Shot in 2004 in Edinburgh, Scotland, this is one of the few times I "planned" an image on the streets. Seeing the group of kids waiting to cross at a traffic light, I thought that maybe I could get lucky and catch some movement along with at least one kid frozen.

I took a couple of shots as the kids crossed with the adults leading them but this is the only one that really worked for me.

The gear used was a Nikon D2H with a Nikkor 18-200mm f3.5-5.6 lens. I used this setup almost exclusively on this trip to the UK.
