SAD NEWS

 Just learned that smooth jazz guitarist Nick Colionne died on New Year's Day 2022 after a brief illness. I first met Nick at the Seabreeze 106 Smooth Jazz Festival in the Gulf Place resort in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. He came back on several occasions including my last coverage of the festival in 2014. He was also a prominent part of my "Sweet Sixteen" photobook that I auctioned off at the 2015 festival.
