GRUMBLES

Taken on our last trip to the UK in 2006, it was the first time we were in London in spring weather. This shot is from a night that we were heading back to our B&B and Grumbles Bistro on Churton Street in Pimlico was packed. Shot with a slow shutter speed, there is a little motion in the image that works for me.

We had eaten at Grumbles on several occasions on our previous trips but moved down the street the Chimes pub because they served a hard apple cider that my wife loved.

In looking at the Grumbles website, it opened in 1964 and is still going strong! If you are ever in town, give them a try. They are worth it!
