TAKING A BREAK

 Another from the Spring 2006 trip to the UK. While making our trek over to Leicester Square to acquire tickets to "The Phantom of the Opera", I spotted this group of French girls (at least it sounded like French) taking a break on the square.

They really seemed extremely bored about the whole experience. But, if they were French, I guess it was not the first time they had been to London. 

The one other thing I like about this image is the partial head in the lower right corner. I don't know why it appeals to me but it does.

I loved London with its diversity of cultures and the streets being a utopia for street photographers. My weapons of choice at this time was a Nikon D2H and Nikkor 3,5-5,6/18-200mm lens.
