CONNECTED

 This shot was just a couple of weeks before I left the weekly newspaper that I had been associated with for 10 years at a local shopping destination in Panama City Beach.

What I like about this image is the connectivity I see between several of the subjects which they probably would not see themselves. From the two girls on their phones on the left to the girl strolling down the sidewalk while on the phone to the boy on the right on his phone. I got to looking at this shot the other day and thought maybe it would look better as a panoramic but, IMO, cropping top and bottom leaves a certain sense of place out of the image.
